  • Order processing times - All orders will be processed/packed within 5 business days after receipt.  Subscription orders will be crafted/shipped within 15 days.  Custom items might take longer due to the care we put into making each item special for you.  Expected processing/shipping times will be communicated at the time the custom order is accepted. Orders placed after 5 PM CST are received in our system the next business day which begins the processing countdown.

  • Your email will be added to our e-newsletter subscription after your payment has been confirmed.  To opt out, please contact us.

  • Domestic orders are sent via First Class and Priority Mail.  If you need an order sent with express delivery, let us know and we can quote the shipping cost for you.

  • Please ensure that the ship to address is correct at the time the order is placed.  Reshipment due to incorrect ship to addresses entered into the order as it is placed and intercepts due to incorrect ship to addresses will be an additional cost. 


    For International Orders, please contact us via the Contact page or at so that we can quote shipping costs BUT DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

  • For our exchange/return policy please check the information below.

  • For cancellations, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.  If the order has shipped, you can return the items at your cost.

  • For lost or damaged items, please contact us immediately so we can start the claims process.  Please keep all packaging and the item until the claim has been resolved.

  • Please note, due to the current affects of the COVID pandemic, shipping times might be extended due to variables outside of our control.  Please know that we will keep track of your order and let you know of any shipping delays.

  • TIERED TRAY SUBSCRIPTION BOX---$69.00 will be auto charged to your chosen billing method the 5th day of each month and FREE SHIPPING is included.  This is a great deal as our subscription box friends receive a STEEP discount on all of the items included within the monthly shipment and some items are exclusive just for YOU!  Your first charge will be on the 5th of the following month. For example, if you sign up on April 15 you will be charged on May 1. You will receive your first box in May. Your next charge will be on June 1. Your billing will then recur monthly on the 5th. 


​To start the return process, please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.  You can contact us via the contact page here on the website or by emailing us at  NO RETURNS will be accepted on DIGITAL ITEMS or CUSTOM/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS or PERSONALIZED ITEMS and items must be unused and in original condition.  For damaged items, please RETAIN THE PACKACKING for the claims process.

The returns window is seven weekdays from receipt of the product so please check your order and items upon receipt.  

To initiate a RETURN FOR DAMAGED ITEMS, please contact BlackSwanOccasion so that a return call can be initiated.  Please include the return form that will be sent to you as part of the return process and the original packaging the items were sent in/with.  

Undamaged items can be exchanged/returned and return postage will be paid by the customer.  Please contact us to receive the exchange slip to include in your package. 



If you need to cancel your subscription, please log into your account on this website to cancel.  Subscription boxes will be crafted/shipped within 15 days  (and sometime sooner).  All payments will bill automatically on the same date as the first date of billing.  All boxes are final sale.
